Spinal dysraphism - bifida - effect on bladder?; CSD - neuropathic
bladder; check U/S, urodynamics; vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) = length
of intramural part of ureter
Leg weakness, insert foley no pain, constipation pain on enema,
feeding tube?; hydronephrosis; always use Pampers
q18 distal deletion connect 21 (symptom unknown wait&observe), heart,
hypospadias, hearing F/U normal, maybe delayed development - U/S
kidney anomalies may associate, surgery at 1y/o VSD closure no heart
infection; hypospadias -> chordee (bending of penis due to short
corpus spongiosum) + dorsal skin hood -> affect QoL should Sx at 1y/o
VUR - usually present early (1 y/o), HN, HU, renal scar - check DMSA
scan (dimercaptosuccinic acid); use Augmentin not nephrotoxic
CA prostate - orchidectomy, antiandrogen, TUR-P
Recurrent UTI (e.g. q 1mo) need further Ix; cystitis - less CFU in
culture (only 10^3), check UA
